SKILL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Research & Training Institute (BARTI), Pune, is an autonomous organization of the Government of Maharashtra working under the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance. 

A project is being implemented for upliftment of scheduled caste youth of Maharashtra. In this project, unemployed scheduled caste youths and women are trained for employment also entrepreneurship development training is being given to encourage young entrepreneurs. Training is given for various technical as well as non-technical courses from reputed training institutes. Various employment opportunities are provided to the youth who successfully complete the training. ​​​​​​​

Eligibility Required for Registration:

1. Candidate should be in age group of 18 to 45.

2. Candidate should belong to Scheduled Caste.

3. Candidate should have Scheduled Caste certificate.

4. Candidate should be a resident of Maharashtra.

5. The candidate should possess the educational qualification required for the skill development training course.

6. Candidate should have strong desire to get employment at any place.
